A unique blend of strength, agility, and artistry, Mallakhamb is an ancient Indian sport celebrated for its grace and difficulty. At Khel Mahakumbh, the Mallakhamb competition will bring athletes together to showcase their mastery over this traditional art form.

1.Individual Event: Open to athletes from any state or UT.
2.Competitions will include only includepole Mallakhamb. Rope Mallakhamb is not included.
3.Athletes will be judged on difficulty, execution, and creativity of their routines.
8 & 9 February 2025
Each athlete will have 3 minutes to perform their routine.
Traditional attire (langot or rope attire) must be worn during the performance.
The routine must include both compulsory elements and freestyle creativity.
Scoring will be done by a panel of certified judges.
Individuals can register through their respective Mallakhamb associations or directly via the event website.
